LIKE AND AS

Like and As in a narrative text.
@ Like is a preposition.
It is followed by a noun ( phrase )
ex. Student must study hard to pass the final examination next month like the teacher's explanation.
It is a difficult problem to solve. I feel confused what i can do in situation like this.
Like " means similar to / the same as/

@ As is a conjunction
It is followed by a subject + a verb ( clause / sentence )
ex.Student must study hard to pass the final examination as the teacher explained.

The difference between like and as in preposition.
@ like is to compare things
ex. Boas Salosa plays football well like Frank lampard.
Afri dances in ballroom beautifully like Cinderella Princess.

@ as is to tell the condition or the fact about things
ex. - Lionel messy dribbles the ball on a field as the best football player in the world.
